I had an issue with my septic distribution box that could have been far worse. Southern Shores Septic & Excavating responded quickly to determine the necessary repairs. They gave me information for an independent company to pump out the septic tank as a precaution against a larger septic issue. When Southern Shores returned a day and a half later to perform the repair with industry-current equipment, it was clear that they knew what they were doing. They took care of my problem for a reasonable cost, were very professional, coordinated with the pump out company, and cleaned up the area as part of the job. Highly recommend!

I found this company to be very thorough. They did an excellent job.they finished up my landscaping, seeded the yard and spread straw over every thing. When I told him the wind blew away a lot of straw he came back the next day with more straw .we had settling in two spots and he said he would bring more dirt back on Tuesday.I found them to be very courteous and friendly.If you need septic service I would highly recommend this company they came out gave us a great price in comparison to other septic service companies in a few days they were here working in three days they finished up and we were very pleased and we were only out of water for maybe 20 minutes we had a large job the county required us to have extra tanks installed but it’s done now if you need a new septic go with this company
